Delivery Policy
*Our delivery service is to the UK only.
Standard Delivery
Your order typically takes 2-4 working days to arrive within the United Kingdom once it is posted. Kindly be advised that if your order contains products that are made-to-order or personalised, these have extended processing times of up to 3-7 working days in addition to typical delivery times once handed over to the carrier.
You will receive an email notification when tracking information is added. Your order will be dispatched as soon as it’s ready. You can track your order using the tracking information provided.
Delivery is Free of charge for all destinations within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) when you spend £5+, otherwise delivery is £3.99.
Please consider that whilst every effort is made on our part to dispatch your order on time, we have no control over the efficiency or reliability of Royal Mail, Evri or any other carriers that we may use, which means that our delivery times should be seen as estimates only.
Gifted Delivery (Brand Ambassadors)
If your order is Gifted (i.e., Brand Ambassadors), during busy periods, we may need to prioritise delivery of our normal customer orders. Therefore, please allow up to 28 days for delivery if your order has been Gifted.
If you require urgent delivery, please select Priority Processing at checkout.
Priority Processing. Get it fast—ships next-day.
Orders must be placed by BEFORE 3PM and you MUST select Priority Processing at checkout to get it faster with priority processing and your order will be shipped the following day (excl. weekends and bank holidays). Subject to stock availability.

Shipping Restrictions
Please note that postal disruptions outside our control, such as adverse weather, union activity, and exceptional service demand, will affect our fulfilment timeframes. Delivery times will be affected over bank holiday periods and an additional day may be added to the dispatch time.

Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
Due to the nature of our packing process, we cannot change orders once they are placed.
If you would like to add any more items, or change the delivery address, you will need to cancel the order and start again. To cancel a pending order, please e-mail us and if the order has not yet been packed, we can cancel it for you.
Delivery & Notifications
Some items may arrive separately due to the nature of availability of items, your order may also arrive in more than one box or package.
Amendments to delivery details cannot be made after goods have been dispatched. For other lead times on gifts please see details in shopping basket.
Please note Me And More cannot be responsible for adverse weather conditions affecting delivery times.
You are responsible for providing correct daytime delivery address, telephone number and postal code. Me And More cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch as soon as it arrives. All items are subject to availability. Once an order has been dispatched, no amendments can be made to your order.
If you have received a tracking reference from our courier agent, please check this before contacting us. Your order may be at one of their depots or a local post office after a failed delivery attempt. Please get in touch with us and we will find out what’s gone wrong.
